Our Retail Customers

Computer Bookshops supports its retailers every step of the way. Whether a customer is looking to maximise revenue from an established computer book section or just starting out, we can help ensure that shelves are stocked all year round with the latest and bestselling titles.

To make this possible we employ expert analysts who monitor the hottest industry trends. This is combined with national sales information from our Data Warehouse team, and from our specifically assigned store representatives who have detailed knowledge of particular accounts. With this information we are able to merchandise stores to maximum effect, selecting the most appropriate titles for a store's profile and helping make the most of the available shelf space. Alternatively we can manage your stores' range remotely via a Key Account Manager.

We have developed strong relationships with both large chain stores and small independents, working either at head office with our VMI Solutions or at store level. Delivery can be arranged to individual stores or to a central depot.

Marketing and Promotional Support

Retailers can also benefit from a wide selection of sales promotions throughout the year, many of which are exclusive to Computer Bookshops and use our original Point of Sale designs. These include:

  • Product, publisher, series or subject specific price promotions
  • Product launch marketing
  • Attachment merchandising

We offer our exclusive customers the added benefit of bespoke promotions and assistance in campaign management and design. Over the years we have arranged several major advertising campaigns in national press, supported by in store promotions and window displays, to raise awareness of computer books and online training courses in the consumer market.
